Glass Wall - Technifex
Technifex just completed a project for Crystal Cathedral in Garden Grove, California. As part of a fundraising drive for the new International Center for Possibility Thinking, the Church inscribed glass bricks with the names of the donors. The structural engineers at Entertainment Engineering were asked to find a company that could build a 35’x35’ wall with the 23,000 bricks that would take advantage of the natural beauty of the clear glass, yet be structurally sound. After trying several building methods, Technifex came up with many of the fabrication techniques and mockups for the systems engineered by Entertainment Engineering.
