Technifex Product’s patented Flowscreen™ is a unique and versatile medium specifically designed for use in interior spaces such as restaurants, casinos, corporate lobbies, retail displays, trade show exhibits, nightclubs, waterparks, theme parks and any other applications that require a visually dynamic display.

Flowscreen combines flowing water, lighting and a rear projection surface (screen) to create an eye catching display.   Using LED up-lighting, the cascading water can change to virtually any color as it moves down the reticulated Flowscreen surface, creating a stunning wall of movement and changing colors.  To create a more energized presentation, video and/or still images can be rear projected onto the Flowscreen.  These images can present specific corporate and product information, or simply produce a very unique entertainment medium.

Technifex has created several “standard” Flowscreen formats for purchase and rental applications.  The finished unit is self-contained with the pump, filtration, lighting and water handling equipment all included.  The system is also designed to link multiple Flowscreens together to create continuous Flowscreen walls of any length.  This is perfect for creating unique settings for corporate presentations, trade shows, or retail environments.  Multiple Flowscreens can be linked such that they form straight or curved walls, using a hinge point at each Flowscreen connection.  The Flowscreens have been designed to have minimal seaming between each Flowscreen panel.
 
For large format applications, Technifex can also provide full engineering and fabrication services to create custom Flowscreens for virtually any type of application.  We can even curve the Flowscreen surface to create sweeping walls and room dividers.  Adapting Flowscreen to accommodate standard, or custom projection formats is also not a problem.

Custom Sizes
  • Technifex Products provides full engineering and design services
  • Standard full-color LED lighting is manually controlled, but can be externally controlled via DMX.
  • Reservoir, water manifolds and associated hardware are made of corrosion resistant materials.
  • Water manifold and support framing are integrated and ultra-low profile
  • Custom graphic text and images (vinyl appliqués) can be applied to the front (audience side) of the Flowscreen surface.
  • Water flows down the “back” side of the Flowscreen panel, thus keeping the “Audience side” dry to the touch.
  • Flowscreen will function in areas where there is ambient lighting
  • Pricing for custom Flowscreen sizes and applications is available upon request.
  • Technifex Products provides a conditional one year warranty on any Flowscreen we produce.

  • (1) 10A @ 120VAC, 1Ø, 50-60Hz for a single Flowscreen unit (does not include projector or video hardware power)
  • Up to three (3) Flowscreens can be electrically “linked” and run off one 20A, 120V circuit (does not include projector or video hardware power)

Permanent Installation Considerations:
 
Please note that if you intend to utilize Flowscreen(s) in a permanent application, various facility services will need to be engineered and run to the units such as drains, water feeds and power.  A water treatment system will also have to be added to the Flowscreen system in order to mitigate algae growth.  Technifex can provide this input and materials, for an additional fee, beyond our standard unit prices.  Installation services, performed by Technifex personnel, can also be estimated and provided upon request.
 
 Delivery:

Standard Flowscreens can be produced and crated, ready for shipment, within approximately 6-8 weeks from the signing of a contract. Special order delivery will be quoted on a case by case basis.
